i found the location very convenient. i walked from the bus station after arriving from girona airport, only about 15 minutes. our room was smaller, the bathroom was spacious and very clean. i asked for a quiet room, and i got one on the 6th floor overlooking the building interior. there was a bottle of water each day and a welcome bottle of wine.

the staff booked a taxi for me. the staff also contacted me via email prior to arrival. they asked if they could accommodate me before the check-in time. the staff was quick to respond when i thought i left something in my room.

the hotel is located in a nice area. it is not too busy. it is within walking distance to main tourist attractions. the metro station is a short walk away, about five minutes. this offers an opportunity to get to other places.

The room was a nice Comfort Double or Twin Room. It was really clean upon arrival. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious!!! I really enjoyed the convenience of having easy access to transportation.
I found the soundproofing to be slightly lacking at times.

Excellent Boutique Experience

I enjoyed the complimentary glass mineral water bottle and local wine provided. The staff suggested multiple restaurants that were very good. The location was great for access to the Sagrada Familia. Transport was easily accessible from the premises.
The walls are not very soundproof. I could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms, slightly disruptive.

the hotel was in a great location with many local shops and cafes nearby. tetuan metro station was also very close. the room was very clean and kept clean daily.
the air conditioning was centralized. the room became hot in the middle of the night and opening the balcony door let in road noise. i reported this to the reception, but they said they could not do anything.
